The Two Builds

Everything we ship is one of two builds.

The Judgement Engine

More of you, without more of your time

  • Reviews, feedback, and plans written the way you write them
  • Trained on your past work, not on a prompt
  • Approval mode until you trust it, autopilot after
See it learn from 479 real reviews

The Client OS

Your clients' home, built to keep them

  • Your domain and your brand, not another Whop tab
  • Roadmap, tracker, and reviews your clients actually open
  • The churn radar on watch underneath
See the radar catch the drift

Most builds land in one of these two buckets. Yours doesn't have to: one client was paying Typeform $1,000 a year, so we rebuilt it in-house and handed him the keys. If it eats your week or your wallet, it's in scope.

Build I · The Judgement Engine

We automate your judgement, not your job.

A content coach at capacity: around twelve client videos a day, every one reviewed by him personally, and the reviewer he'd hired had already quit once. Hiring more would eat his margin. Generic AI feedback would eat the reason people paid him.

So we didn't do that. We took 479 of his own reviews, transcribed from the raw recordings, and measured how he actually coaches: his praise-to-fix ratio, the order he prioritises problems, the lenses he checks first. Where his stated rules contradicted his real ones, we trusted the reviews.

What ships is his judgement, running without him. He approves everything until he doesn't want to.

His clients still get him. There's just more of him to go around.

That's the judgement, cloned. Build II is where your clients live with it.

Build II · The Client OS

Off Whop. Off Skool. Onto your domain.

Whop and Skool rent every coach the same room, with someone else's logo on the door and a bill every month. We build your clients a home instead: your brand, your method's phases, your tracker, your course, one login on a domain you own. And underneath it, the churn radar, watching for the drift that comes before every cancellation.

The build starts from your name. No two come out alike.

The Radar Underneath

I

Detect

Logins fade, submissions stop, a phase stalls. The radar sees the drift the week it starts, not the day the cancellation email lands.

II

Diagnose

It knows where they stalled and what usually unsticks it, because the roadmap, tracker, and reviews all live in the same home.

III

Defuse

The save writes itself in your voice, ready for your sign-off. One tap and it's sent, while they're still reachable. A client kept is a month of revenue you didn't lose.

A bolt-on churn tool can't close the loop. The home can, because it sees everything.

One build replaces the community platform, the course host, the tracking spreadsheets, and the VA who chases check-ins. One home, in your name, instead of a stack of rented tools.

The Retention Maths

Clients don't leave out of nowhere. They drift first.

Four Bottlenecks, Four Industries

The method travels.

Used-Car Dealership

£13k revenue in his first two days live.

  • 3 hours returned, every single day
  • £6k of it gross profit within 48 hours
  • Two cars he would never have seen
Nobody else in this industry has anything like this. I've got this crazy competitive advantage.

Jonothan · Owner

Tutoring Agency

He turned his bottleneck into a product.

  • Two hours of lesson planning a day, handed back
  • Plans tailored to every student, in his voice
  • Runs without him. Even on holiday.
He built a model that plans lessons in my voice. It works with or without me.

Rafik · Founder

Sales Agency

$11.2M+ run through the dashboard we rebuilt.

  • Every step of the sales cycle captured, from first touch to cash collected
  • Setters and closers on one live view, updated as it happens
  • Not just closed deals: the whole pipeline, in one place
One of the most important things you need if you're running an offer is an accurate tracking dashboard.

Recently consulted for an award-winning charity working with people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Different vertical, same method. The diagnostic doesn't care what industry you're in. It cares about finding the fix that actually holds.

Every number here comes from a system we built and shipped. When the maths doesn't work for a business, we say so before they pay us.

Approval mode firstNothing reaches your clients without your sign-off, until you choose otherwise.
You co-sign the testBefore go-live, the system must pass your own past judgement calls. A test you approve.

How An Engagement Runs

We find the bottleneck. Then we remove it.

I

Diagnose

We map where your week actually goes and find the real constraint, not the flattering one. You get the diagnosis whether or not you hire us.

II

Build

One system, live in two to four weeks, trained on how you work: your standards, your voice, your judgement. Human-approved until you trust it.

III

Hand over

Your team trained, everything documented, you own it outright. Then we stay on, keeping the system matched to you as you evolve.

Paid across four milestones: you pay as it proves itself

  1. At signing
  2. At demo approved
  3. At system live
  4. At handover

30 minutes. You leave with the diagnosis either way.

The Filter

We turn down 2 in 5.

Build with us if

  • Your offer is validated: real clients, real results, £10k to £500k a month
  • Fulfilment runs through you personally, and it's the reason you can't grow
  • What your clients buy is your judgement, and you want more of it delivered, not less

We'll say no if

  • You're pre-revenue and hoping AI is the shortcut
  • You're chasing an AI trend rather than fixing a bottleneck you can name
  • You want a template with your logo on it

If we can't move your numbers, we'll tell you on the call. The real answer, not the flattering one.

Objections, Welcome

Asked and answered.

The questions we actually get asked on the first call.

What's this going to cost me?

We don't guess, and we don't pull a number out of thin air. We calculate how many hours the system will save you per week, attach a value to your time, and show you the monthly savings. The quote is a fraction of that number. You see the calculation before you decide.

What if you can't actually fix it?

Building it isn't the problem. We can. The real question is whether AI is the actual fix for your business, or whether the money is better spent elsewhere. If it's the latter, we'll tell you on the call. You still leave with a plan.

My bottleneck isn't reviews or a client portal. Can you still help?

Yes. Most builds land in the two buckets because that's where coaching businesses bleed, but the diagnosis comes first and the build follows it. Onboarding, follow-up, reporting, the internal tools you're renting by the month: if it eats your week or your wallet, it's in scope.

Will it actually sound like me?

The system is trained on your own past work: transcribed, measured, and checked against how you actually operate, down to the ratios you'd never think to state. You approve everything it produces until you stop wanting to. If it doesn't sound like you, it doesn't ship.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

That's the point. We build it, integrate it, and hand it over with Loom walkthroughs. Nobody on your team has to become an engineer.

How is this different from every other AI agency spamming my DMs?

No Twitter threads, no "AI stack" course, no affiliate links. Just working systems you own, built for operators who are already past product-market fit.

How long until it's actually running?

2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to handover. We scope tightly on the call so there's no scope creep and no timeline drift.

What actually happens on the call?

30 minutes, unscripted. You describe the business, we ask questions, we tell you honestly whether a custom system is the fix. You leave with a plan either way.
